Tags Manager »Madhya Pradesh is about to become the home to the largest tiger reserve in India, a 2,300 sq km area in the Damoh district. This is a revolutionary move, which is a result of the central government’s recent approval of the union of Durgavati Sanctuary and Noradehi Sanctuary.
In order to further boost the old Mysore region’s tourism sector, Karnataka is all set to open a new tiger safari zone at Chamarajanagar. After the success of the Bandipur and Nagarhole reserves, this new tiger safari spread over 18 km will soon delight tourists.
